CAPA COUNCIL MEETING HELD IN KIGALI RWANDA
The 12th CAPA Council met in Rwanda from the 6th to 12th August 2016. The Council, which meets every 4 years, was hosted by the Anglican Church of Rwanda at the Great Seasons Hotel in the beautiful city of Kigali. In attendance were delegates from Burundi, Central Africa, DR Congo, the Diocese of Egypt, Indian Ocean, Kenya, Rwanda, Southern Africa, South Sudan and Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda and West Africa. The theme of the Conference was “Releasing our potential to realize our possibilities”.
Delegates outside St Etienne Cathedral, Diocese of Kigali after the Sunday Service presided over by Archbishop Onesphore Rwaje and Bishop Loius Muvunyi. The preacher was the outgoing CAPA Chairman Archbishop Bernard Ntahoturi. The Diocese of Kigali also hosted all the delegates for a sumptous lunch.
