CAPA convened a leaders (Primates or their representatives) meeting in March 2022 in Mombasa, Kenya. This meeting allowed the leaders to conceptualize the role of the Anglican Church in Africa in promotion of interfaith relations, peace and nation building. The meeting was attended by 16 people from 9 Anglican Provinces representing 12 African Countries; 3 primates, 9 Bishops, 1 Diocesan Secretary and 3 members of the Secretariat. The participants developed a strategy for upscaling the Council’s work on these themes.
