The training and orientation of Bishops and Spouses in Embu Kenya from 13th to 20th May 2019 was the second under the energised capacity building desk. Fifteen (15) Bishops and Eleven (11) Bishops Spouses from seven countries attended the training; this included Tanzania, Kenya, Zimbabwe, South Africa, South Sudan, Madagascar and Mozambique.
Among the topics discussed were: Ways to grow the Church from within and beyond. Strategic leadership through scanning the context: Socio-political trends, Religious trends, Cultural trends, Rapid urbanization and its implication on the ministry and mission of the Church.
